FIXED PRICE · £499 · FIVE WORKING DAYS
The Autonomous Business Audit
The Autonomous Business Audit is a fixed £499 review that maps how work moves through your company — systems, data, handoffs and approvals — and returns a written, costed plan naming the first workflow to automate, who approves what, and what it will cost to build and run. It takes five working days, and the £499 comes off your first build.
What we assess
Six areas, looked at with the people who do the work rather than from a questionnaire.
Systems and data
Every tool the business runs on, what each one is the source of truth for, where the same record is typed twice, and which systems can actually talk to each other.
Workflows and handoffs
How a lead becomes a quote, a sale becomes delivery, and delivery becomes cash. Where each one stalls, waits on a person, or falls back to email and spreadsheets.
Decisions and approvals
Which decisions need a human, who that human is, what they need to see, and what should be allowed to happen without them.
Company knowledge
Pricing rules, terms, tone, delivery standards and supplier arrangements — where they live today, and what has to be written down before software or an agent can follow them.
Admin load
The recurring administrative work, measured in hours per week per role, so the plan is ranked by hours released rather than by what sounds impressive.
Risk and control
What must never happen automatically, spend limits, audit requirements, and the failure states that need a human override.

Autonomous Business Audit
£499
fixed price, five working days
The full assessment, the written report and the walkthrough. Credited in full against your first build if you go ahead within 90 days.
First workflow build
£2,500 – £6,000
fixed price, quoted in the report
One workflow built, connected to your existing systems, with the approval gate and audit trail in place.
Multi-system build
£6,000 – £25,000
fixed price, quoted in the report
Where the workflow spans several systems, messy inputs or multiple approvers. The audit tells you which band you are in before you commit.
Running costs for a live workflow — hosting, model usage, monitoring and support — are quoted monthly alongside the build price.
Scope your audit
Six questions, all point-and-click. You will see the scope, the focus of the first workflow and the likely build band before you give us anything.
QUESTION 1 OF 6
How many people work in the business?
When not to buy it
- — You want a demo of AI rather than a plan for your own business.
- — Nobody internally can spare a few hours across the week to talk to us.
- — You already know exactly what to build and just need a developer.
Audit questions, answered
- What is the Autonomous Business Audit?
- A fixed £499 review of how your company actually runs. Over five working days we map your systems, workflows, data and approval rules, then return a written report with a costed, sequenced plan for what to automate first.
- Is the £499 refundable?
- It is credited in full against your first build if you commission one within 90 days. If you decide not to build anything, you keep the report and owe nothing further.
- How much of my team's time does it take?
- Around three to four hours in total, spread across the week: a 60-minute kick-off, two or three short conversations with the people who do the work, and the 45-minute walkthrough at the end.
- What happens if the audit says not to automate anything?
- Then that is what the report says. Some businesses need a data or process fix before automation is worth anything, and we would rather tell you that for £499 than sell you a build that fails.
- Do I own the report?
- Yes. The report, the maps and the specifications are yours to keep and to take to any supplier.
- How is this different from the free Autonomy Score?
- The score is a four-minute self-assessment that tells you roughly where you stand. The audit is us inside your business for a week, looking at the real systems and the real numbers, and producing something you can build from.
