Why recharges do not get raised

Damage is spotted at collection when the driver is under time pressure. Photos are taken, then nobody assembles the claim, and after a fortnight it is unarguable. Written-off recharges are one of the largest silent losses in a hire business.

How the workflow runs

Drivers capture condition photos at delivery and collection through the channel they already use. The system compares them, flags differences, drafts the recharge with a cost from your damage matrix, attaches the evidence pack and routes it for approval the same day.

Fuel and cleaning

The same flow handles fuel level and cleaning recharges, which individually are small and collectively material.
