What is the automation workshop?
A guided walkthrough of one process in your business. You answer point-and-click questions about how the work arrives, what happens to it, and where it breaks down. You get back a stage-by-stage map of the process as it runs today, what each stage looks like automated, and a phased build plan with costs and timescales.
How is this different from the readiness score or the opportunity scan?
The scan estimates what AI could save you and the readiness score measures how prepared you are to start. The workshop goes a level deeper into one specific process and produces an actual plan for it. Most people run the readiness score first, then bring their weakest process here.
How long does it take?
About five minutes to walk through, and roughly a minute for the plan to be written. Everything is point-and-click apart from one optional box where you can describe the problem in your own words.
Is the plan a quote?

What will it refuse to automate?
