AI Systems
AI systems we build
Production AI systems — agents, workflow automation, document AI, voice AI, copilots, data pipelines and integrations — designed, built and supported by Forth Systems in Edinburgh for UK operators.
AI Agents for UK businesses
Custom AI agents that read, decide and act inside your existing tools — Xero, Sage, HubSpot, Slack, email — with a human always in the loop. Custom AI agents built on GPT, Claude, Gemini and open-source models, wired into your existing SaaS and internal systems with retrieval, guardrails and full audit trails.
Workflow Automation for UK businesses
End-to-end workflow automation across your finance, ops, sales and support stack — removing copy-paste between systems and freeing hours every week. Bespoke workflow automation platforms that connect the systems you already pay for — ERP, CRM, accounting, comms, storage — into one operational spine, with human-in-the-loop approvals.
Document AI for UK businesses
Document AI that extracts, classifies and routes invoices, dockets, contracts and PDFs at scale — with structured output your systems can actually consume. Production document processing pipelines that ingest PDFs, scans, emails and photos, extract the fields you care about, validate them against your rules and hand structured data to your ERP, CRM or accounting system.
Voice AI for UK businesses
Voice AI for inbound reception, triage, follow-up and outbound calling — trained on your business, deployed on your numbers, handed to a human when it matters. Production voice agents that answer your phone, qualify inbound calls, book appointments, chase quotes and place structured outbound calls — with call recording, transcription and CRM logging.
Custom Copilots for UK businesses
Domain-specific copilots that sit on your data and answer the questions your team asks every day — grounded, sourced and safe to deploy. Bespoke copilots — private, branded, permissioned — trained on your SOPs, contracts, tickets, product data and internal wikis, with retrieval-augmented generation and enforced source citations.
Data Pipelines for UK businesses
Live data pipelines connecting your ERP, CRM, spreadsheets and field data into one source of truth — clean enough to feed AI, dashboards and the board pack. Production data pipelines that ingest, clean, join and stream data from your operational systems into a single warehouse or lakehouse, ready for reporting, AI and downstream automation.
AI Integrations for UK businesses
AI integrations that wire GPT, Claude, Gemini and open-source models into Xero, Sage, HubSpot, Zoho, Slack, Teams and the tools your team already uses. Production integrations between modern LLMs and the operational SaaS you already run — so AI happens where your team works, not in a separate browser tab nobody opens.
AI Readiness Audits for UK businesses
5-day fixed-price AI Readiness Audit of your systems, data and top automation opportunities — with a scored 30/60/90 day build plan. £499. A structured 5-working-day AI Readiness Audit covering your systems, data quality, operational bottlenecks and top 5 automation opportunities — delivered as a scored report and a costed 30/60/90 day build plan.
